Edited images may be delivered through Google Drive, OneDrive, or Filemail, depending on what is most suitable for your session.

 

6. How Long We Keep Your Information
 

• Enquiry & contact form messages: up to 12 months

• Booking and financial records: 7 years (required by HMRC)

• Edited images: stored for 6 months

• Google Drive / OneDrive / Filemail delivery links: may be deleted after 6 months

• Email communication: up to 12 months
   

You may request deletion at any time except where data must be retained for legal reasons.
